Eligibility for Returns

You may return items purchased from our website under the following conditions:

  1. Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  3. Exceptions:
    • Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
    • Opened or used products, unless defective, are not eligible for returns.
    • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof of the defect or damage.
